Hobson Prior is seeking an AD of Statistical Programming for a biotechnology role in San Francisco. This position focuses on leading statistical programming efforts, ensuring high-quality data analysis, and compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with various teams to support clinical trials and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities:

• Work with data management teams to review and improve data collection and transfer processes.
• Develop and manage SAS programs for analyzing clinical data.
• Create tools to simplify data analysis tasks.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate analysis results.
• Validate datasets and outputs for consistency and accuracy.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and apply them to data submissions.
• Contribute to the development of programming standards and best practices.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficient in SAS programming and familiar with its various modules.
• Understand CDISC standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Experience with data visualization tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in clinical trial programming and regulatory submissions.
• Strong project management skills and problem-solving abilities.
