What You'll Do

As an Agency Growth Partner at Lejit Branding Co. , you’ll be instrumental in scaling our business by bringing in new client partnerships and driving demand for our marketing services, ranging from branded merchandise and swag production to full-scale campaign development and creative execution. This is a commission-based role (see details below) designed for go-getters who thrive in high-energy, creative environments and want to help businesses look good and grow better.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Prospect and pitch potential business clients, brands, and small-to-midsize companies in need of marketing support, swag, and brand development services.
• Client Strategy: Understand client goals and help scope creative marketing campaigns, branded merchandise projects, or both, all while driving clear value from day one.
• Commission-Based Sales: Earn commission by closing new business. You’ll receive 10% of the profits from the initial client order and 5% of profits from all follow-up orders until the client hits 5+ orders (and becomes a legacy account).
• Creative Services Pitching: Introduce companies to our in-house creative capabilities from video production to promotional goods and help them understand how we can enhance their brand presence.
• Relationship Management: Stay engaged with new clients post-sale to ensure repeat business, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Lejit’s creative and production leads to align deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality execution.

Who You Are Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or agency/client services roles.
• Proven success in B2B relationship-building, preferably in creative, production, or marketing services.
• Comfortable working in a flexible, fast-paced environment with lots of entrepreneurial autonomy.
• Solid communication and negotiation skills—whether closing new clients or navigating complex project scopes.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing trends, or custom product development (preferred but not required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with small businesses or startups.
• A sharp eye for creative marketing ideas and a genuine love for brand-building.
• Familiarity with swag production, design timelines, and creative operations is a major plus.
• An independent self-starter who enjoys being rewarded for results and thrives without micromanagement.

Commission Structure

• 10% of net profit from initial new client orders
• 5% of net profit from each follow-up order until the client reaches 5+ orders
• Opportunity for role to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business growth
