Responsibilities – Chrysler-Certified Technician:

 

  • Perform accurate diagnostics and execute repairs and routine maintenance on Chrysler vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership standards. This includes work on engines and transmissions, suspension and steering systems, heating and air conditioning systems, brake systems, exhaust systems, and drivability issues.
  • Conduct multi-point inspections and identify potential issues to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
  • Stay current with Chrysler training and certifications to ensure best practices and compliance with manufacturer protocols.
  • Use dealership-provided tools and equipment properly and responsibly, accounting for tools at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment that aligns with dealership standards.
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members to ensure timely and effective vehicle service.
  • Uphold high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction with every service performed.

 


Qualifications/Requirements – Chrysler-Certified Technician:

 

  • Chrysler Certification required; prior hands-on experience in a dealership or certified repair facility strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to independently diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and accountability; must be a self-starter who takes initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset—collaboration and flexibility are key.
  • Commitment to delivering top-tier customer service and maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
