Job Summary

The Channel Development Representative (CDR) is part of ComTec sales organization and leads the creation of partner ecosystem connections and builds impactful relationships.

The CDR is expected to develop highly productive reseller and referral partner relationships, while delivering new sales opportunities and partner growth within a geographic territory. A strong understanding of ComTec’s technology services to consistently achieve revenue goals.

• Source and vet potential channel partners that align with our growth strategy
• Book qualified discovery calls for the Senior Channel Development Manager
• Assist in onboarding and activating new partners
• Develop opportunities for direct referral partners and direct clients
• Build and maintain early-stage partner relationships through consistent follow-up
• Provide partners with key resources, answers, and engagement materials
• Track all outreach and progress through our CRM and reporting tools
• Support co-marketing and joint sales efforts as needed
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain regular contact with the sales teams to discuss progress and pipeline. Identify gaps or challenges, escalate to leadership.
• Maintain daily activities in business management platform, Sales force, to track interactions.
• Provide weekly updates to managers on individual activity.

• 2–5 years in business development, sales, or channel support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with solid organization and follow-through habits
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
• Preferred: Experience in UCaaS, telecom, MSP, VAR, or tech reseller space

Compensation

Base - $60,000-$70.000 plus Commissions
