About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead the strategic and operational aspects of its technology ecosystem. The CTO will be instrumental in driving the adoption of advanced technologies such as AI/ML, cloud, automation, and cyber resilience, with a focus on agility, scalability, and resilience. This executive will lead the modernization of enterprise platforms, networks, and technology operations, ensuring a secure, scalable, and AI-ready environment that supports the company's growth and digital transformation goals. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the enterprise technology strategy, leading the design of infrastructure and software-defined networks, and overseeing the integration of AI/ML and automation to enhance member experiences and operational efficiency. Candidates for the CTO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior IT executive role within financial services or similarly regulated environments. The role requires a proven track record in enterprise infrastructure, cloud transformation, AI/ML enablement, automation, and cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building secure, scalable, hybrid-cloud environments and a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks. Technical and leadership competencies should include advanced knowledge of cloud-native platforms, AI/ML integration, RPA, and intelligent automation, as well as experience in leading large-scale technology modernization and operational excellence. Professional certifications in relevant areas are advantageous.
