What You’ll Do: We're looking for a Clinical Data Manager familiar with hematologic malignancies who will be responsible for enhancing curation guidance. Develop new and enhance current materials using evidence-based support for guiding data abstraction standards. Review clinical records, structure key data elements, and build a clinical repository to support insights and decision-making. Oversee and manage a team of abstractors for subtype pilot testing and implementation. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and liaise with subject matter experts for subtype development. Collaborate with other Clinical Data Managers and support quality initiatives. Responsibilities: Manage the clinical abstraction process for hematologic malignancies database development. Handle team requests, provide clinical expertise, and develop subtype-specific guidance. Utilize research to underpin subtype development and maintain abstraction guidelines. Ensure data quality standards are met and maintained. Support report and insight generation from multiple data sources. Train and guide new Data Abstractors. Uphold quality standards through coaching and performance monitoring. Qualifications/Skills: CTR, BSN, MSN, or deep clinical data experience preferred. 4+ years experience in clinical or research settings, focusing on hematologic malignancies preferred. Knowledge of medical, genomic terminology, and pharmacy terms. Management and training experience is strongly preferred. Experience in fast-paced environments with excellent communication skills.
