Additional Information About the Role BJC HealthCare is seeking a Contract Manager to support our vendor management for IT services and products. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Provide contracting expertise to draft, interpret, and negotiate quality, minimal risk contracts for BJC Health System. Responsibilities Negotiate or renegotiate commercial and legal terms and conditions with attorneys and contract managers from third parties. Draft, interpret, and evaluate contract language and makes recommendations/changes. Manage the Sourcing portfolio expiring contracts calendar and new contract requests. Develop and enhance strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
