Customer Service Representative Job Description
Work Environment
Training Schedule: Remote 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday for 4 weeks. Candidates must have as much availability as possible as this is a 24/7 call center. Will work nights, holidays, weekends, etc. - ON SITE post training. Shift could also be swing shift requiring 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and could work 2nd or overnight shift.

Job Description
Provide quality customer service and support to the Customer Service Department on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner. Provide product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary. Respond to customer inquiries. Enter information in a computerized database. Communicate any problems or issues to management.
Must Have Abilities
Uphold and practice the highest code of ethical standards and conduct
Make decisions within well-defined parameters
Effectively prioritize within a high-pressure, high volume environment with tight deadlines
Have basic PC skills and data entry experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
