Data Entry Office Assistant Location El Cajon, CA (North County area) :

Great Opportunity! We are a medium sized, 25+ year old first class service company in the El Cajon area who has an immediate opening for a Full Time Data Entry Office Assistant .

We are looking for a well-experienced customer-oriented service representative to join our team. Candidate must have data entry experience and will act as a liaison, provide service, information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency and will answer multi-line phones using courteous and professional phone etiquette. Candidate must enjoy a fast paced, challenging office environment and work closely with other team members in all departments in order to put out a superior service product. We will train new employee in all aspects of the job and our industry.

R​ESPONSIBILITES:​​

  • Daily data entry
  • Manage incoming/outgoing calls
  • Schedule appointments
  • ​Communicate with customers via phone, email, and instant message​
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Ensure adherence to policy and workflow procedures​

​QUALIFICATIONS:​

  • 2 Years Customer Service Representative Experience
  • 2 Years data entry experience
  • Computer literate with technical aptitude (Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Typing ​5​0 + wpm
  • Preferred with multi-phone lines
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent​
  • ​Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills​
  • ​Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • ​Be professional, reliable and punctual​
  • Courteous and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work well on a team
