Renewal by Andersen is expanding our Direct Marketing Team in the greater Orange County Area! Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. Renewal by Andersen is looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to help perfect our customer's experience in upgrading their homes in Riverside, Corona, Inland Empire, and Rancho areas! Want to join our team? This position earns uncapped commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates are expected to earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year. Base pay starts at $20 an hour and depends on factors such as experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter can provide more details during the hiring process. Purpose This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. It is essential to record accurate data about prospective customers and the target market area. The role includes a base monthly driving incentive with mileage reimbursement. Transport yourself to the territory and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally. Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately. Maintain a professional appearance and obtain necessary permits. Attend company meetings as required. Provide feedback to improve canvassing effectiveness. Master company methodology, products, and promotional offerings.
