Join our growing team of Greater Twin Cities Area Direct Marketing Associates! Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We are united by the common goal of making a difference in the lives of our homeowners and the communities we serve. We are looking for a Direct Marketing Associate in the Twin Cities area! Renewal by Andersen seeks an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to enhance our customer's experience in home upgrades. Want to join our team? This position offers uncapped commission plus base pay. Successful candidates can earn over $60,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year . Base pay starts at $20-23 per hour , depending on experience, education, location, certifications, and other factors. Your recruiter will share specific compensation details during hiring. Purpose This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. It requires recording accurate data about prospective customers and market areas. The role includes a base monthly driving incentive and variable mileage reimbursement. Transport to and work independently in assigned territories, representing Renewal by Andersen professionally. Use company mapping and business applications to record detailed data. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to municipal permitting requirements. Attend company meetings as scheduled. Communicate ideas to improve canvassing effectiveness to the Program Manager. Master our methodology, products, and current promotions to become a Signature Service expert. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean record. Minimum age of 18 for insurance coverage. Reliable transportation. Strong verbal communication skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
