Residential Dryer Vent Technician

Dryer Vent Wizard of Bridgewater, Hillsborough, Warren, a reputable, family-owned enterprise situated in Flemington, NJ, is diligently committed to delivering first-class solutions in dryer vent cleaning, repair, installation, maintenance, service, and safety. We are seeking a capable and dedicated Residential Dryer Vent Specialist who can augment our team's professional expertise. This specialist will be instrumental in rectifying code-related deficiencies in clients' dryer vent systems, thereby making them safer and enhancing their efficiency.

As a Residential Dryer Vent Specialist, you will conduct comprehensive assessments of our clients' dryer vent systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute the agreed-upon solutions. Your role is pivotal to forging enduring customer relationships and ensuring our delivery of superlative customer service.

The ideal candidate possesses an effervescent personality and exhibits an unwavering commitment to providing unparalleled service to our customers. You may have previously assumed a residential service role (such as plumbing, HVAC, handyman services, or crawl space work) and will be adept at explaining the benefits of our highly efficient dryer vent systems. You will exhibit a formidable work ethic, punctuality, and a congenial demeanor. The capacity to independently operate is required, alongside strong teamwork abilities.

Positional Advantages:

• Salary: Our technicians earn above $50,000 annually, based on a 40 hour work week.
• Regular, weekday schedules with no evening, weekend, or on-call shifts.
• Favorable work hours, typically between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Qualification Requirements:

• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and excellent customer service skills that align with our company's affable and relaxed culture.
• Prior experience in a customer service role or a relevant trade preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in working with hand tools.
• Ability to handle ladders up to 30 feet in height and work within confined spaces such as attics, crawl spaces, or closets.
• Capacity to work independently and resolve problems effectively.
• Willingness to work during business hours.
• Excellent communication skills, effective with customers, management, and team members.
• Willingness to take a drug test with a reputable laboratory.
