**EDM Programmer**
**Location: Union County, NJ**
**Salary: 67,000-80,000**

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma
+ Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
+ Mechanical and mathematical aptitude
+ Experience evaluating quality based on given specs
**Experience Required**
+ 2-5+ years in **programming and setting up Wire EDM machines**
+ Skills in **writing programs** , **fixture design** , and collaborating with engineering and quality teams
+ Experience in **highly regulated industries** (preferred)
+ Familiarity with **CNC-based equipment** (preferred)

**Essential Duties**
+ Set up and possibly operate Wire EDM, ECG, and ECM machines
+ Collaborate with engineers to improve manufacturing processes and design fixtures
+ Follow all GMP/cGMP protocols and internal SOPs
+ Perform first piece and in-process inspections; make adjustments as needed
+ Lead operators when required, especially in safety setup and instruction
