(W2VHE) Entry level Computer Field Technician – Prefer (1-2) years of business professional work experience in the computer installation field. Comptia A+ certification and/or associate's degree in the computer or IT field.

Job Details:

• Location: Oklahoma City, OK (6 Technical School sites)
• Workdays: Monday through Friday.
• Shift: 8:00AM-4:00PM.
• Project start date: June 16th.
• Project end date: Estimated to end by July 11th.
• Duration: 2-3 weeks.

Job Description:

• Commute to the different (5) Technical College sites in and around the Oklahoma City area. The school sites are within 20 miles of each other.
• Have the ability to follow instructions and complete the tasks in a timely manner.
• Onsite unpacking equipment.
• Apply Customer-Provided Device Bag Onsite.
• De-Installation of old desktops & peripherals (329).
• Basic Installation Services of (329) new desktops & peripherals.
• Setting up (1,500) laptops, which entails reading off of a script and mapping printers, which should take approximately 5 minutes per machine.
• Onsite Additional End-User Configuration.
• Wire (6) new laptop carts.
• Rewire (15) existing laptop carts.
• Onsite Asset Tagging (Customer Provided).
• Offsite Trash Removal.
• Transport Legacy Equipment between Customer Locations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Repetitive motion capability, good eye/hand coordination, manual dexterity sufficient to assemble units or small parts of equipment, detailed oriented and ability to work alone.

REQUIRED:

• Level 1: Comptia A+ certification or Associates degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Information Services, or related field, or equivalent + years related experience.
• Criminal Background check/10 panel drug screening required/MVR check/State minimum auto insurance.
