Working without direct supervision isn't a problem because you know how to get stuff done and solve problems. You are good at handling dynamic situations, keeping calm in a storm, and otherwise being a fun and sociable person! You know how to make fun possible - when the party starts to die, you're the one to get guests back in the groove and ensure everyone is having a blast!

The Opportunity

Our Event Squad's primary mission is to make every event experience meaningful and memorable. Integral to our mission of Making Fun Possible, event squad hosts lead the charge at our event activations, set the tone, and embody the United Fray brand. Naturally enthusiastic, outgoing, and ready to play, they make fun possible for our clients and event goers. Event squad hosts are brand ambassadors for the company, getting content while at leagues and tagging us to continue sharing the fun with all.

What You'll Do To Make Fun Possible

Produce a fun and energetic experience for all involved. From being a brand ambassador when you are out and about to running nightly operations for our events, includingbut not limited tolocation set up and break down, communicating with event lead and/or clients, executing daily tasks, and acting as the local "FACE" of Fray.

What You Bring to the Squad:

  • Event experience is a plus, but not required;
  • Creative, over-the-top, and electric energy;
  • Must thrive on building relationships/community;
  • Have great written and verbal communication skills;
  • Be enthusiastic and outgoing;
  • Be able to think on your feet and problem-solve;
  • Be a brand ambassador for Fray and possess a willingness to be helpful at all times;
  • Take a positive and empathetic approach to customer interaction;
  • Remain flexible with an ability to adapt to real-time challenges and changes with a smile

Requirements:

  • Must be of legal age and eligible for employment in the United States.
  • Must be punctual.
  • Must be thorough with a keen eye for detail.
  • Must read all correspondence from Fray full-time team members and be prepared to ask questions if unclear.
  • Must familiarize yourself with the Run of Show and know all key features prior to arriving for your shift.
  • Must clock in and out in a timely manner.
  • Show up to events on time.
  • Dress according to the dress code on the "Know Before You Go."
  • Maintain a positive attitude while working events.
  • Do not argue with the client or attendees.
  • Make Fun Possible!

What We Bring:

Salary is commensurate with experience with newcomers starting out at $25/hr.
