Field Crew Members' primary mission is to make fun possible- literally. Without them, there'd be no field to play on! During the busiest seasons, our field crew members secure our spots on the National Mall, making league night possible for our players. They show up, get to be outside, enjoy the sunshine, and help set up the fields.
What You'll Do...MAKE FUN POSSIBLE
Our field crew members' primary mission is to set up and secure sporting fields until our coordinators, hosts, or players arrive to use the fields. This position is pivotal in creating a long-lasting experience for all of our players and the leagues they are in. This position allows you ample time to read, study, sunbathe, or even get a workout during the day. Students who don't have a full schedule or who have mostly night classes typically find the schedule conducive, but we welcome anyone who doesn't mind getting paid for some sunshine and enjoys being outside.
