Summary/Objectives

Provider of medical imaging repair and maintenance seeks an experienced Service Engineer to maintain and repair CT/MR . MUST HAVE THIS SKILL SET AND EXPERIENCE!!! The candidate should thrive in providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance with equipment and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist in the repair of diagnostic imaging equipment specific to CT/MR - Multi-vendor (GE, Siemens, Philips).
• Be a self-starter, able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Resolve problems, think analytically, and communicate professionally in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including calibrations and verifications of system specifications.
• Learn and gain knowledge of imaging equipment to perform preventative maintenance.
• Accurately document all service activities according to Company Quality Standards.
• Assess, calibrate, and maintain test equipment.
• Submit field service reports timely and according to standards.
• Communicate with the account manager regarding services provided.
• Manage and maintain company assets required for job functions.

Supervisory Responsibility

There are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.

Work Environment

This job operates in the field, requiring visits to multiple sites around various medical imaging equipment.

Work Schedule

Primarily Monday through Friday during normal business hours, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Physical Demands

The physical requirements include talking, hearing, standing, walking, lifting up to 75 lbs., handling or feeling with hands, and reaching with arms.

Travel

This position requires frequent travel to service customer sites within a 4-hour radius, including some overnight stays and flights.

Education and Experience

Must have formal training and field experience with MR and CT equipment, specifically with GE, Siemens, or Philips machines.
