• Salary range 008: $140,700 - $175,900 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).

What’s involved in this role :

We are looking for a Finance Director Business Partner in Eden Prairie, MN.

• Act as strategic partner while providing financial expertise and influence to the Commercial, Sales, and Operations senior management including
  • budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes as well as ad-hoc analysis
  • active participation in strategic projects in the category (multifunctional)
  • active though leadership as a member of the category management committee in strategy development and decision-making
• Interpret and present monthly/quarterly financial results and financial projections to the organization (volume performance, P&L, cost-to-serve, etc.) to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Share the business perspective to the different finance functions and ensure alignment with the needs of the category.
• Oversee all profitability initiatives of the category:
  • Volume and Mix
  • Assist with Product Pricing/Contract Renewal
  • Manufacturing Cost/Profitability
• Oversee capex projects of the business:
  • Budgeting/Tracking
  • Financial Analysis/Business Case
  • Post Investment Analysis
  • Incentives

What you need to join our team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.

• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

• Minimum eight (10) years of business experience required, preferably in the dairy industry, food manufacturing, or supply chain industries.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a leadership role required.
