Temporary HRIS Data Specialist (1-2 Months)

Location: Irving, TX (Onsite) Pay Rate: $25/hour Project Duration: 1-2 Months

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in HRIS systems (specifically Paycom) and a solid understanding of 1099 contractor regulations? We're looking for a Temporary HRIS Data Specialist to join our client's team in Irving, TX for a 1-2 month project.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our 1099 Sales Contractor records. If you have a keen eye for detail and are adept at data management, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and update all current and historical 1099 Sales Contractor records within our HRIS system .
• Categorize contractors effectively based on their start and termination dates .
• Upload any missing documents and verify accurate contractor classifications .
• Conduct a thorough audit to pinpoint and rectify data gaps, inconsistencies, or missing documentation.

Ideal Skill Set:

• Proven experience with the Paycom system is highly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail for precise data entry and management.
• Familiarity with 1099 contractor regulations and classifications .
• Excellent organizational and communication skills .
