SUMMARY:

Support core human resources functions, including payroll processing, talent acquisition, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and HR compliance as well as serving as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and helps maintain accurate HR records and systems.

What You'll Do:

• Administer bi-weekly payroll and ensure accuracy in timekeeping, deductions, and reporting
• Partner with hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
• Maintain HRIS records and employee files in compliance with company policies and regulations
• Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, benefits, and company policies
• Support new hire orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a seamless employee experience
• Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee communications
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Paycom, BambooHR, etc.)
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus
