Role Overview

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all help desk requests, providing timely support for hardware, software and network issues across the organization.
• Manage, maintain and troubleshoot all physical hardware, including desktops, telephones, laptops, servers, printers, copiers, scanners and network equipment.
• Maintain stock of regularly used computer equipment appropriate for onboarding new staff and backup to maintain operations.
• Coordinate with Director of Quality and Risk for key performance indicator monitoring and reporting.

Requirements

• IT help desk experience preferred, but not required
• a positive and can-do attitude
• experience with Microsoft 365
• experience with hardware technical support.

Compensation

• Starting at $50,000-$65,000
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
