✅ 주요 업무

📊 디지털 마케팅 전략 및 광고 예산 운영

• 광고 채널별 예산 배분 전략 수립 (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn 등)
• 캠페인 목표(KPI) 설정 및 성과 분석, 보고
• 광고 효율 향상을 위한 콘텐츠 A/B 테스트 및 전환율 최적화
• 마케팅 퍼널 설계 및 타겟별 리드 유입 전략 운영

💌 CRM & 이메일 마케팅

• CRM 기반 고객 데이터 분석 및 세그멘테이션
• 고객 여정 단계별 이메일/문자 캠페인 자동화 구축
• 리마케팅 캠페인 기획 및 유실 리드 재활성화

🤝 고객 응대 (CS)

• 광고/웹사이트/CRM 유입 고객 응대 및 초기 상담
• 주요 문의 대응 (이메일/카카오톡/전화 등)
• 고객 피드백 수집 및 서비스 개선 제안
• 고객과 에이전트와의 커뮤니케이션 허브 역할\

🔍 자격 요건

• 디지털 마케팅 및 고객관리 업무 유경험자 (2년 이상)
• 광고 집행 및 예산 배분/ROI 관리 경험 필수
• Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, CRM 툴 (Hubspot, Klaviyo 등) 숙련자
• 디자인 툴 사용 가능자 (Canva, Miricanvas, adobe 등)
• 한/영 커뮤니케이션 능력 우수
• 고객 중심 사고와 분석적 업무 태도

💡 우대 사항

• 미국 부동산, 프리미엄 브랜드, 고관여 서비스 마케팅 경험자
• 리드 기반 마케팅 자동화 경험 (이탈 고객 리커버리 등)
• 디자인 툴(Canva, Figma 등) 및 영상 편집 가능자
• 영어/한국어 이중 언어 커뮤니케이션 능력 우대

📊 Digital Marketing Strategy & Ad Budget Management

• Plan and manage ad budgets across multiple channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Set campaign goals (KPIs), analyze performance, and deliver reports
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize conversion rates and ROAS
• Design marketing funnels and implement lead generation strategies by audience segment

💌 CRM & Email Marketing

• Analyze customer data using CRM tools to create segmented audiences
• Build automated email/SMS campaigns based on customer journeys
• Plan re-engagement campaigns to recover lost leads and nurture prospects

🤝 Customer Support (CS)

• Respond to inquiries from ads, website, and CRM channels
• Handle communications via email, KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, and phone
• Collect customer feedback and propose service improvements
• Act as a key bridge between clients and real estate agents

🔍 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or client engagement
• Proven track record of ad execution and budget/ROI management
• Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean
• Customer-first mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

💡 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. real estate, premium/luxury branding, or high-involvement services
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and lead recovery funnels
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, or basic video editing tools
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred

Salary range: $50,000 ~ $60,000 per year
