LaSalle Network is partnering with an innovative, global manufacturing leader to hire an Operations Financial Analyst . This full-time opportunity is open to candidates in Louisville, KY, or Columbus, OH, offering the chance to support a company that's boldly transforming the world through advanced chemistry and sustainable products.
As an Operations Financial Analyst, you'll collaborate across plant operations and leadership to ensure accurate cost planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. You'll play a key role in driving manufacturing efficiency and empowering executive decision-making through data-driven financial insights.
Operations Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
Manage monthly closing activities, including inventory reserves, statistical key figure updates, and adjustments to ensure accurate cost and asset reporting
Prepare and deliver financial reports for plant leadership, S&OP meetings, global reviews, and auditors
Support annual budgeting and forecasting by working closely with cost center owners and senior finance leaders
Validate productivity projects, analyze CAPEX spending, and monitor plant costs and assets for financial oversight
Review P&L and balance sheet statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
Benchmark costs, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across operations
Operations Financial Analyst Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, index match, xlookup, modeling, power query)
SAP experience required; strong understanding of manufacturing finance environments essential
Ability to analyze and summarize complex data into clear business insights
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to collaborate across all levels
Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence
