Our Client expanding into the Richmond market and seeking Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team. This is a unique opportunity to represent a respected home improvement company specializing in decks, bathrooms, windows, doors, roofing, siding, and patios.

As a W2 employee in a 100% commission-based role , you will have significant earning potential, with first-year on-target earnings averaging $150,000 and top performers reaching $250,000–$300,000 annually . A two-week paid training program ($900/week) will set you up for success, followed by ongoing support, ride-alongs, and sales resources.

What You’ll Do

  • Attend 2–3 pre-booked appointments daily within a 1.5–2 hour radius of Richmond.
  • Conduct in-home consultations, present solutions, and close sales using a proven 10-step process.
  • Utilize modern sales tools (CRM, presentation software, and photo documentation apps).
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Strive for a target closing rate of 35% (3–4 sales per week).

  • Background in sales or customer service (hospitality, retail, automotive, RV, or similar).

Compensation and Benefits
