Kimberly Casey from Robert Half is seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to support a high-volume payroll operation for a well-established company in Stayton, OR . This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional to manage payroll for over 600 employees across multiple shifts. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle payroll experience and be well-versed in systems like Paycom, with a strong understanding of payroll compliance and reporting. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with HR and operations, and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely payroll support.

This is not a remote role, this position is 100% in-office.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Proven expertise in full-cycle payroll processes, including calculations and compliance.
• Proficiency in payroll software systems, with Paycom experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
• Familiarity with accounting systems and timekeeping software.
