Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a dynamic team? The Workroom Collective, a nationally recognized custom workroom, is seeking a Office Coordinator to contribute to our collaborative and quality-focused environment.

About Us:

The Workroom Collective blends tradition and innovation in soft furnishings. Founded decades ago as a local drapery workroom, our Waverly-based studio now serves top interior designers and boutique hospitality brands across the country. We are passionate about quality, service, and the art of the handmade, and we are growing! We are looking for team members eager to learn, who thrive in a supportive environment, and believe in the power of doing things well together.

What You'll Be Trained To Do:

• Answer phones.
• Enter quotes and orders into software.
• Act as a liaison between the office and workroom for orders.
• Order supplies.
• Answer emails.
• Meet with designers to receive project handoff details.
• Prepare and send quotes to clients.
• Set up projects in QuickBooks and issue invoices.
• Place orders for all required products.
• Provide clients with regular project updates.
• Communicate with clients regarding updates, delays, and installation scheduling.

What We Need From You:

• Proficiency with Microsoft or Google Suite.
• Prior office administration or coordination experience.
• Aptitude for learning new software quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

(Not required, applicants with these skills will be given preference).
