We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in Hallandale, Florida. In this role, you will oversee a variety of projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with client expectations and meet high-quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across departments and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the full lifecycle of projects, including articles, infographics, podcasts, and webinars, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide strategic recommendations to clients aimed at enhancing engagement and maximizing the impact of their projects.
• Present performance metrics and outcomes at project completion, clearly communicating results and showcasing the value delivered.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Editorial, Design, Sales, and Marketing, as well as external contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify potential risks early in the project and implement effective solutions to mitigate them.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation throughout all stages of project execution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes and suggesting enhancements.
• Contribute to client strategies by identifying opportunities for account growth and leveraging analytics to inform recommendations.• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably across diverse mediums.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment of priorities.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on deliverables.
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to meeting deadlines and producing high-quality outcomes.
• Expertise in building and nurturing client relationships to deliver consistent and positive experiences.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions.
• Adaptability to evolving client needs and an aptitude for working in dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum, and a PMP certification is highly desirable.
