Support the creation of testing documentation and contribute to test summary reports. Maintain and manage test data to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Apply strong analytical thinking and attention to detail to identify potential issues early. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders across departments. What We’re Looking For: A foundational understanding of software testing principles (formal training or coursework is a plus). Interest in the insurance industry and a willingness to learn its systems and terminology. Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
