Interface with brokers, lenders, consultants, and legal during transaction processes.
Asset Management Assistance
Track property performance and support monthly/quarterly reporting.
Analyze variance reports, capex budgets, and revenue trends to identify risks and opportunities.
Assist in portfolio benchmarking and strategic planning.
Qualifications
~1–3 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, investment banking, or a related financial role.
~ Proficient in Excel and financial modeling (RE-specific modeling preferred).
~ Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
~ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flat, entrepreneurial environment.
~ Self-starter who takes ownership and executes reliably.
~ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
~ Yardi experience needed
Why Join Us
Direct exposure to senior leadership and real transactions.
Opportunity to work across multiple property types and stages of the investment lifecycle.
High-growth environment with strong learning and career development potential.
Competitive compensation with performance-based bonus.
