About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Federal Health. The successful candidate will be a high-energy, results-driven sales leader with a proven track record in software sales, particularly in the enterprise sector. This role is pivotal in achieving booking targets across the US and leading a team of 4 to 8 Enterprise Account Executives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the leading Civilian contractor community, with a focus on the U.S. Public Sector marketplace, and experience in defining territories, assigning quotas, and determining target accounts. Responsibilities also include mentoring and coaching team members, as well as working with resellers and channel partner teams. Basic qualifications for this role include a minimum of 10 years of direct sales experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise software sales as a team leader, and a background in selling to or with Federal Civilian contractors. The candidate should have a working knowledge of business process automation, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven ability to mentor and coach team members through their sales cycles. The role demands a strategic thinker who can orchestrate multi-departmental solution sales and is passionate about driving digital transformation. The company offers a dynamic and collaborative sales culture, with a focus on growth, training, and a product that is at the forefront of the low-code platform market.
