Here's what you'd do: An entry level sales/inventory coordinator will support our sales and inventory staff while also interacting with branch clients. You'd be responsible for: + Learning and understanding our products and services + Mastering sales order entry, photograph submittals, and various inventory transactions + Working with sales staff one on one to understand how we meet our client's needs + Meeting with clients and escort them through the tree selection/review process in person and by phone + Supporting and/or filling in for our administrative and sale staff when they are out of the office + Learning to sell trees (This position can lead to your promotion to a sales representative eventually) + Willing to adapt throughout the workday to the changes in workload and activities while completing assigned tasks You might be a good fit if you have: + A college degree And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have: + Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously + Self-starting/motivating + Proficiency with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). + Competitiveness, positive, and results driven person + Desire to develop excellent customer service skills + Strong oral and written communication skills + Organized and able to manage time + Able to work in a team setting and comfortable with personal interactions + Comfortable communicating with clients and staff in person, by phone, or email + An affinity for the outdoors and field services desirable + Looking to start a career Here's what to know about working here: At BrightView, we're a tight-knit crew who are as passionate about caring for our clients as we are about each other.
