Job Summary:

Saberone Security Solutions, LLC is seeking a responsible and professional Security Guard Transportation Specialist (unarmed) to safely transport individuals from cruise ships to the airport while providing a secure and comfortable travel experience. The ideal candidate will have an excellent driving record, a valid drivers license, and experience in unarmed security. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure passenger safety during transit.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safely transport passengers from cruise terminals to the airport in a timely manner.
2. Provide a secure and professional presence during transport.
3. Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each trip.
4. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
5. Assist passengers with luggage as needed.
6. Monitor surroundings for any security concerns and report incidents accordingly.
7. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with passengers and colleagues.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 21 years of age.
2. Valid drivers license with an excellent driving record.
3. Prior experience in security, transportation, or related field preferred.
4. Ability to remain alert and observant while operating a vehicle.
5. Strong communication and customer service skills.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
7. Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus.
2. Knowledge of Norfolk, VA roads and airport routes.
