Join a High-Trust Team — We’re Hiring a SENIOR ACCOUNTANT in Clearwater!
Clearwater, FL | In-Office | Full-Time | Mon–Fri | 7 AM – 3 PM
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to help us stay sharp, accurate, and forward-thinking as we grow.
If you love numbers, structure, and improving systems — this role gives you the space to lead and make a real impact.
You’ll work directly with our executives and finance team to ensure clean records, efficient processes, and informed financial decisions across the company.
What You’ll Do:
Manage daily accounting operations: GL, AP/AR, bank reconciliations
Lead monthly and year-end closing processes with accuracy
Prepare detailed financial reports to support leadership decisions
Ensure compliance with internal policies and U.S. GAAP standards
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
Identify process improvements and implement best practices
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
Maintain clear and complete documentation and audit readiness
Guide and mentor junior accounting staff (if applicable)
You’re a Great Fit If You:
✅ Have 10+ years of experience in accounting, including GAAP
✅ Have 7+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks
✅ Communicate clearly and collaborate with ease
✅ Are dependable, structured, and detail-focused
✅ Thrive in fast-paced, ethical, and team-oriented environments
