About This Opportunity
Okland is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and drive initiatives that strengthen our brand, win work, and engage key audiences. This role combines high-level marketing strategy with hands-on leadership of our marketing team, ensuring alignment across business development, operations, and executive leadership. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement firmwide marketing strategies that support business development goals and long-term growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership, BD, and operations to position the firm in target markets and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Guide the development of integrated campaigns, proposals, digital initiatives, and thought leadership that elevate brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client insights to inform marketing priorities and strategies.

Team Management & Mentorship

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketers, proposal specialists, and designers, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Oversee workload distribution and resource planning to ensure efficiency and high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide training, feedback, and career development opportunities to support team members' professional success.
  • Champion a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.

Systems & Analytics

  • Manage CRM, content libraries, and marketing technology platforms to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to measure marketing impact, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

YOU'RE READY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE

  • 710 years of marketing experience, preferably in AEC or a professional services environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing a marketing team.
  • Strong background in marketing strategy, brand positioning, and integrated campaign development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
  • A strategic, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance big-picture goals and day-to-day execution.
