We’re Hiring: Lead Experience Host (Home | Beauty | Bath - Creative Studio)

Part-Time | 15–25 Hours/Week | Must be Available Tuesdays, Thursdays & Weekends

We’re a hands-on, fragrance-focused studio offering one-of-a-kind DIY candle, soap, and perfume-making experiences — and we’re looking for a vibrant Lead Workshop Host to lead the way!

What You'll Do:

• Host fun and engaging DIY workshops (1–2 hours long) for candles, soaps, and perfumes.
• Manage and support a small, creative team (2+ team members).
• Deliver an exceptional in-studio experience, welcoming customers and assisting with scent creation.
• Share your scent knowledge and help customers create their own aromatherapy blends.
• Keep the good vibes going! Provide top-notch customer service and solve any hiccups with a smile.
• Assist with day-to-day studio operations and help create an environment that’s both productive and fun!

What We're Looking For:

• A people-person with great public speaking skills and a natural ability to lead.
• Background in retail, marketing, or customer service is highly recommended.
• Creative, energetic, and organized — with a passion for fragrance and beauty products.
• Comfortable working nights and weekends — open availability is a must .
• Someone who loves a little sparkle — team spirit, good vibes, and a love for learning new things.
