About the Role
Join our client’s team in Greensboro as a 2nd Shift Inspector. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of manufacturing processes. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards will directly support the success of production operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of equipment, materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests to identify defects or non-conformities
• Follow and document inspection procedures, work instructions, and checklists
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring inspection tools are calibrated and in good working condition
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing inspection or a related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of quality control principles and proficiency with measurement tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, specifications, and drawings
• Strong observational skills and the ability to identify defects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
