Job Description
ACS is seeking reliable and motivated delivery drivers for our Charlotte, NC location. Drivers will deliver packages—similar to Amazon deliveries—directly to customers’ doors, offices, or hands. You will scan packages, take required photos, and ensure accurate delivery.
Pay & Schedule:
Pay per correct delivery: $1.70
Duplicate packages: $0.60 each
Average weekly earnings: $800 – $1,700 (using the company app)
Pay week: Monday to Sunday
Paid the following Sunday via Direct Deposit
Schedule: 6 days per week (team works 7 days a week, 1 random day off)
Start time: 6:30 a.m. at the warehouse
End time: When the last package is delivered
Job Duties:
Load packages from the warehouse in the morning
Deliver packages to homes, apartments, or businesses
Use the company app to scan packages and take required photos
Follow delivery rules to avoid penalties (e.g., no leaving packages in prohibited locations)
Requirements:
Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
Valid driver’s license (photo of both sides)
Photo of license plate
Proof of car insurance
Email address
Social media photo or ITIN number
Current home address
Bank account & routing number (for direct deposit)
Training & Trial Period:
First week is a trial period delivering 50–80 packages/day
If performance meets expectations, package count will increase
Important Notes:
Any justified termination will make you ineligible to work at the warehouse for 6 months
