Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Zuora Architect to lead the design and implementation of Zuora Billing, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and Revenue solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Zuora’s platform and be skilled in architecting complex subscription management systems that align with business needs and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Zuora Billing, CPQ, and Revenue architecture design and implementation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Zuora solutions.
Design and oversee integration of Zuora with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
Provide technical guidance on Zuora best practices, including product catalog design, rate plans, and billing rules.
Develop and review solution architecture, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards.
Lead technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
Stay current with Zuora product updates, enhancements, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Zuora Architect or Senior Consultant, with expertise in Zuora Billing, CPQ, and Revenue.
Strong understanding of subscription billing models, revenue recognition, and compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with Zuora implementation projects, including integrations with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Zuora Certified Administrator/Architect) are a plus.
