Job Description

Job Title: Chemist

Location: Burbank, CA 91504

Duration: 12 Months Contract (Potential temp to perm)

Pay Rate : $30/hr.

Shift Time: 1st Shift (6 AM -12 PM or 1 PM -7 PM)

Level I: 0-3 years.
Under direct supervision, responsible for performing accurate analytical tests in accordance with established company and ASTM procedures and/or other accepted methods, conducting simple chemical studies, experiments on organic/or and inorganic compounds and materials , analyses and tests.
Require basic technical knowledge and techniques in organic chemistry, polymer science and formulation techniques.
Experience in coatings, sealants or adhesives is desired.
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Material Science or Chemical Engineering.
