Location: Stellar Plumbing

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00/hour

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Stellar Plumbing, you'll be the voice of our company, helping customers with their plumbing needs, answering inquiries, and ensuring every experience is smooth and positive. You’ll work directly with our team of professionals to coordinate service calls, schedule appointments, and address any customer concerns. Your role is vital to ensuring our customers feel heard and valued while helping maintain the reputation we've built over the years.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
• Schedule plumbing service appointments and manage the calendar efficiently.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and availability.
• Handle customer complaints or issues with a solution-oriented approach.
• Assist with order processing, invoicing, and billing inquiries.
• Update customer records and maintain accurate data in our system.
• Collaborate with the plumbing team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Acting client concierge, contacting members (e.g., preventative maintenance visits), promoting current offers to existing customer base and so forth.
