Job Description Job Description We're on the hunt for a full-time Dental Assistant (EDDA highly preferred!) who brings good energy and works well with others. A little about us: We're a private family dental office in Louisville under new management, and we're building something special. Our team is tight, our doctor is awesome, and we're all about creating a place where patients feel cared for-and the team feels supported. What you'll be doing: Helping get the treatment room ready and making sure patients are comfortable Assisting during procedures-set-ups, suction, handing instruments, the whole flow Taking solid intraoral photos Pouring, trimming, polishing study casts, and making nice-looking temps Polishing appliances and keeping things clean and organized Staying on top of sterilization and OSHA standards Charting clearly and accurately Educating patients and answering questions in a way that makes them feel at ease Jumping in wherever needed with a positive attitude You'd be a great fit if you: Are certified in CPR, EDDA, and KY X-Ray Can work Monday through Thursday during office hours Want to be part of a team that truly has each other's backs Love helping patients feel relaxed and cared for What you get: Competitive pay based on your experience and skills Benefits A chance to grow with a practice that values its people A work environment where you're not just a number If this sounds like your kind of office, we'd love to connect!
