Responsibilities:

• Handle receptionist duties, including answering and directing incoming calls and greeting visitors.

• Prepare bindery printing projects and scan documents for record-keeping purposes.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to support client needs and document preparation.
• Utilize case management software to track workflows and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:
•1+ year of experience in a legal assistant or an administrative position is preferred.
