Job Description
As a Mechanic , you will be tasked with refurbishing off-road vehicles, performing inspections and repairs, and preparing units for sale or scrap. Duties include replacing major components, maintaining inventory records using desktop systems and Excel, and supporting track and trail maintenance. Must be comfortable using computers and accurately logging work. Periodic travel is required for inventory management at plants or warehouses.
Requirements:
High school diploma required; 2-year technical degree preferred.
3–5+ years of experience as a mechanic or technician; powersports or automotive background preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to replace major vehicle components.
Comfortable using computers and Excel for logging and navigating systems.
Periodic travel is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and forklift operation capabilities.
Experience with skid loaders, diagnostic tools, fabrication, or welding is a plus.
Must maintain confidentiality and follow all safety protocols.
