What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Build, test, and deploy software in a continuous manner, with daily deployments
2. Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers, participating in product and design reviews
3. Create and contribute to technical specifications and testing/rollout plans
4. Engage with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on problem-solving
5. Mentor and sponsor teammates to foster their professional growth

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 7+ years of experience as a software engineer
2. Experience with Python in a production environment
3. Ability to work collaboratively across functions
4. Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills
5. Proven ability to write well-structured, well-tested, and maintainable code
