Tasting Room Team Leader - FULL TIME.

We are looking for a LEADER with previous leadership and bartending experience. This is a full-time job with benefits on DAY ONE and an hourly rate of $15.00 plus tips. Friday - Saturday - Sunday availability is a must.

Job Summary
The Tasting Room Team Leader assists the Tasting Room Manager (TRM) to ensure smooth operations of our Spirits Tasting Room. The Tasting Room Team Leader's responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring customer satisfaction, inventory, cleanliness of the building, and maintaining constant communication with the TRM. This key position helps us enhance the quality of people's lives by creating savored moments.

What you will do
  • Assist the TRM with leading the tasting room team to act in a manner that is consistent with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Ensure that all guests have a remarkable experience and are given remarkable service at all times.
  • Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to the company’s recipes, portion sizes, and serving/presentation standards.
  • Have deep knowledge of our spirits and cocktails, and have the ability to describe these to guests accurately.
  • Assist the TRM with ensuring that all tasting room team members follow company procedures and processes (attendance, dress code, safety, cleaning, POS, etc.)
  • Perform leader-level cash control and handling procedures as directed by the TRM.
  • Assist with deliveries, restocks, and inventory procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Assist the TRM with reaching the financial goals of the tasting room as set by the company.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Physical requirements

  • Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Able to go up and down stairs multiple times per shift.
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 100 pounds
  • Able to work in adverse weather conditions (heat, rain, wind, etc.)

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience
  • Previous retail experience
  • ServSafe/TIPS certified
  • Cicerone Beer Server Certification
  • BarSmarts Certification
  • CPR/AED Certification
  • Bloodborne Pathogens Trained.
