• Advanced knowledge of color grading for cinematic and branded content

• Expertise in cinematography, including framing, composition, and lighting techniques

• Ability to capture high-quality audio and sync with video seamlessly

• Creative storytelling skills with a professional and polished execution

• Knowledge of camera systems (DSLRs, mirrorless, cinema cameras) and supporting gear

• Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animation principles

• Strong sense of pacing, timing, and rhythm in edits

• Experience with visual effects (VFX) and sound effects (SFX) preferred but not required

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with directors, producers, and clients

• Strong problem-solving skills under tight deadlines and on-set challenges

• Organized workflow for media management, file delivery, and versioning

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency

• Adaptability to different project styles (commercials, social media, corporate, cinematic)
